The room was cleaned daily and its design was beautiful. The staff was always smiling, helpful, and kind to me. The hotel restaurant is a very enchanting place with food that tasted delicious. The service there was excellent and they fulfilled my wishes .

The metro station is just outside. The hotel also features a modern design for all guests. Complimentary drinks and juices are available in the room's fridge at no additional cost, which I found particularly useful .

My room included bathroom products with a limoncello scent. There was also a very good hair blower for all my needs. The staff changed sheets and towels every day I was there. The soundproofing from outside noises was good.

The staff here is friendly when I spoke with them. They were always smiling, very helpful, and kind when I had a request. The reception works 24/7, which allowed me to check in when I arrived. They helped me with my luggage.

the room was very clean. i also appreciated the different aspects of the room, like the large mirror and the tv in the wall.
there is no possibility to unpack the suitcase, there are no storage surfaces or a wardrobe.

the reception staff were helpful when i had to leave early (due to unforeseen circumstances). they provided a warm welcome. i really appreciated breakfast and access to the minibar as a gesture of goodwill. the free minibar refills each day were a great bonus, with water, juice, and soft drinks available.
i noticed very minor wear and tear on some of the linens, a small issue really.

my room included a large mirror integrated with the tv, a modern touch i found quite unique. digital controls managed everything, including lighting and window shades and i appreciated the quiet atmosphere.
